- Zena Frail Added March 26, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Dr Janet Bayley is rude and unprofessional. She has a ‘I’m better than you’ attitude. Needs a good lesson in humility. Would not recommend to people suffering any type of mental health issue, especially anxiety. She doesn’t care about her patients.

- Dennis Jay Added March 13, 2021★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have seen Dr Simpson for some time for various reasons. Reception and Dr Simpson have always treated me respectfully and respected my privacy. Other reviews mentioned that confidential information was given to third parties, but this was not the case for me. I understand that I signed an authority to disclose personal information to people involved in my care, and this was done in some instances to enhance my treatment. When dealing with Dr Simpson, she was always respectful, informed me of various treatment options, and worked with me collaboratively rather than imposing her decisions on me. I feel confident in recommending Dr Simpson to anyone looking for an understanding, respectful and very thorough and non-judgemental practitioner.
