  Great spot for both little ones and adults! Cafe offers a wide variety of food and beverages, with a lot of options for kids as well. They charge an entrance fee, which is fair enough especially if not purchasing anything from the cafe and it is discounted if entering the premises after 3pm, which is a great idea. Lots of space for both toddlers and older kids, my daughters love going there, there is also a dancing area and a large ball pit. We did organise a birthday party here a couple of years ago, not the cheapest option, but they even decorated the area for us and provided healthy options of fingers food. The last few times I have been in the afternoon after about 2pm though, all the empty tables had dirty dishes and cups and nobody came to clean them up for quite some time. Not a big deal, but the tables and chairs were rather dirty and had to clean them up myself with baby wipes as I was waiting for staff to help out. This is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars - but overall, I highly recommend it!

  Kids had an absolute ball, but were back every so often complaining that they were hot and needing drinks. The table area has air con. Wouldn't go a miss putting another unit directing airflow towards the upper play area or a few extra fans? Great day had, but kids feel the heat too especially as heat rises :-) have you also thought about putting in a water fountain?

  Loud! Completely to be expected, but oh so loud! Great place for kids, would hold off until they're around 4 or 5 though, some of the kids in there can get very boisterous - I have a 1 year old who's full of energy but gets a little intimidated in here.

  Little on the dirty side and not well maintained. Only staffed by very young kids. Seems like it needs some love. Kids always enjoy it though, so I guess it's okay. Did is expensive but admission is fine.

  Might be great for grown ups but in the toddler's zone, none of the battery operated toys work. They should maintain atleast working condition for the toys. I do understand that kids damage the toys but kid's play is what your business is about !
  
  Some of the staff are really cold and rude.
  
  Overall good for a short period of respite for parents.
